THE CHALLENGE
Oworoshoki, despite its incredible strategic positioning near the Third Mainland Bridge, has historically faced outdated infrastructure and a public perception that did not reflect its immense potential. Overcoming these challenges to create a premium-tier, secure urban community within an area that has often been underserved required a dedicated, innovative planning approach to ensure a complete departure from past limitations.
Creating a development that offers an intricate and diverse mix of 13 units (from 3-bedroom family homes with BQs to efficient 1-bedroom pads) within a compact vertical plot posed a complex architectural puzzle. The challenge lay in ensuring each distinct unit retained functional, space-efficient layouts and high-quality finishes, avoiding the compromises that often occur in complex multi-unit projects.

Our architects met the complex unit mix challenge through advanced vertical space utilization and meticulous floor planning. The entire structure is a masterclass in modern, efficient space maximization. Each unit, from the 3-bedroom + BQ down to the 1-bedroom, is carefully composed to enhance perceived space. Innovative internal layouts, as seen in our floor plans, and the vertical integration of amenities ensure that Lidya Court offers the functional and stylish home environment described in our vision.
